In the marriage-appendix was an excerpt " consent to marriage on the ground of the instructions of the Department of War, data 24 May 1884 VIIe division Militia and Artillery. Further was under #. 441 of the 1st Regiment Field Artillery permission granted to a contract of marriage. Those two document were dated: Utrecht, 27 April 1888 and supplied with the signature of the Commanding Officer, Colonel, illegible. Anthonius Hendrikus Klaassen (son of Johannes Klaassen and Arnolda Marijnus) was born on 14 Oct 1863 in Arnhem, Gelderland, the Netherlands.233 He was a commission-agent. In the documents of the National Militia stood that Anthonius was from the draft of 1883 in Arnhem and by draw had # 223. also was mentioned that he was enlisted on the 7th of May 1883 and was still serving.
